    PFW impact crusher is a crusher machine that uses impact energy to break the material. When the material enters the plate hammer area, the material are subject to high-speed impact of hammer plate and broken, and was thrown to back device mounted on top of the rotor and broken again, and then from the back liner bounced back plate hammer area to be again broken. This process is repeated until the material is broken to the desired particle size and discharged from the lower portion of the machine. Adjusting the gap between impact rack and rotor aircraft can achieve the purposes of changing the material size and the shape of material. The machine uses spring safety device behind the back plate. when the non-broken material enter the crushing chamber, the former and latter impact rack move back, so that non-broken material exhaust from the machine.

Working Principle

PFW Impact Crusher breaks materials with impact force. When materials enter the working area of hammer, they may be crushed under the high-speed shock and then thrown onto the impact device above the rotor for another crushing. Next, materials bounce from the lining plate to the working area of hammer again. This process repeats continuously until materials reach qualified granularity and are discharged. Adjusting the gap between the impact rack and the rotor rack can change the granularity and shape of finished products. Behind the impact plate is a spring safety device. When unbreakable materials enter the crushing chamber, the impact rack goes backwards to discharge unbreakable materials out of the crusher.
